Sorry for the linguistic pun but thought it was interesting.

    Who else might it be?

    Not Wiggo……

The argument between nature(genetics) and nurture(training) is an interesting one……Wiggo’s father ‘left’ when he was two so would only impact on the nature side of things.

Totally agree here, it is indeed a very interesting…. I often think about it.
Certianly both can have a major influence on you.

Perhaps I should have put a LOL in?

Have I missed something or have we fallen out over something…..it is Northstar isn’t it?

Maybe it’s just the capital letters make your posts seem more aggressive than they actually are?

I rate Sir Steven Redgrave your greatest Olympian, and Phil Taylor your greatest sportsman ( best we will EVER see) .

Gene’s bro I was refering to wiggo dad, I wasn’t serious, I know his dad was a alcoholic, read how he tried to tell brad how to ride and abusive from sidlene, when Brad came to Australia to meet him, so much Anti aussie in here from pommy chrony’s..

Caps just an Emphasise on his dad, not shouting, mean more then one think… Just good banter mate, no agro here đŸ™‚

Were well on the nationality bit, its ridiculous…Matt LE Tessier played did /or could have played for England /wales and france. I can Play for Italy and Australia đŸ™‚

    My understanding was that
My understanding was that Wiggins was targeting the track, namely team pursuit. It that’s the case then staying in Manchester with Sky would be best.

Taking of team pursuit I also believe Cavendish is going to try for the squad as he’s still missing Olympic gold.

I doubt it’ll be Wiggins. His settled family life notwithstanding, he’s targeting Rio as part of the GB team. At his age that will be a stretch, so I doubt he’d want to rock the boat by leaving what is effectively GB cycling’s road racing team.

So while we’re speculating wildly, how about Bauke Mollema?

Millar captained the GB 2012 road race team whilst at Garmin though?

Besides I’d think it would be the ITT he was looking at with only a possible domestique role in the Road Race(if that!!)…..he only needs one medal of any colour to go No1 all-time British medallist.
