Rapha are encouraging women around the world to ride 100km (62 miles) this Sunday (7 July) as part of the Rapha Women’s 100.

Rapha say, “The Rapha Women’s 100 is not a competition to see who is the fastest, it is about gathering a global community of women around the world to take part in this shared adventure.”

Women can still register their ride or use the Rapha website to find a ride to join.

At the moment, there are 30 rides registered in the UK, 36 in the US, as well as plenty more around the world.

Sunday is also the day of this year’s Etape du Tour, the amateur cyclist's chance to ride a stage of the Tour de France. This year’s event takes place around Annecy and is essentially the stage that the professionals will be riding on Saturday, June 20. Rapha are sending 100 women to ride the Etape for the Women’s 100.
