Here’s a nice short film for a Friday afternoon, following the adventures of a young woman in a small US town as she takes to her bike to solve a series of handwritten clues.
Starring Veronica Vega and Brett Golden, with music by Johnny Ripper, the film was made by Bend, Oregon-based Wes Coughlin, and you can see more of his work on his Vimeo channel.
It put a smile on our faces, we hope you enjoy it too.

Wonder if she did a risk
Wonder if she did a risk assessment before following some random clues to unknown destinations, fuelled by some unmarked liquid in an opaque water bottle.

To have weather like that.

I am disappointed that she didn’t have hi-viz nor a helmet. She could have done with some lights toward the end of her journey too. Reckless! Think of the motorist.
Did no one else think
Did no one else think “deranged stalker” at the point of the stepladder inside her house??

Crossed my mind too… it does show the subliminal power of the soundtrack, with suitably suspenseful music at that point you’d certainly have the audience fearing the worst 👿
