Paris-Roubaix logo.pngTom Pidcock becomes third GB winner of Paris-Roubaix Juniors
Tom Pidcock has become just the third British rider to win the junior version of Paris-Roubaix.
The 17-year-old from Yorkshire follows Geraint Thomas, who triumphed in 2004, and Andy Fenn, winner in 2008.
Today, he caught a breakaway group on the Carrefour de l’Arbre pavé sector and rode away to victory inside Roubaix’s historic velodrome.

The British Cycling Junior Academy rider crossed the line alone at the end of the 111-kilometre race, which included 16 sectors of pavé.
It’s the youngster’s second big win in 2017.
In February, Pidcock added the junior version of the rainbow jersey at the World Cyclo-cross Championships to his existing British and European titles.
