The Eastbourne Cycling Festival Sportive is back for 2015, sponsored by The Tri Store, featuring two routes over distances of 46 & 65 miles. But don't be fooled, neither are classed as easy.
The Tri Store Sportive showcases some breathtaking East Sussex scenery, following a route that rolls out across the marshes heading inland to some stunning countryside. The routes split at Amberstone, where the long route takes in some serious climbs including Bo-Peep and High & Over.
The short route is no easy option though, it catches back up with the long route at Friston to take in Birling Gap and the infamous Beachy Head before swooping back down the alpine style switch-back into Eastbourne seafront where riders cross the finish line and collect their well-deserved medals and goody bags.
Do the ride then do the Festival.
