Both windproof and water resistant, the BTwin 3 Shoe Covers protect your feet for not very much money.
Given the weather has been hugely extreme the last few weeks you'd need industrial clothing to stay completely dry all of the time. On the less extreme days it has still be handy to don a pair of overshoes to keep the puddle water out.
To be of any use in these conditions overshoes need to offer windproofing and water resistance. Lucky then the B'Twin 3 shoe covers provide both of these protections. The wide opening is suitable for use with either road or mountain bike shoes and the neoprene material is thick enough to withstand some off-road beating. The final and perhaps most encouraging aspect is the price, £10. That's not bad at all.
So what do you get for your buck? Well they're not bad really. They have a reinforced section under the toe and a very secure velcro under the arch of the foot. The cover is kept in place with a tough zip and to complete the lineup you have some reflective decals on the outside to aid visibility.
On the days where the rain has relented but the wind has still been in full effect the B'Twin 3's have kept my feet warm. They've even dealt with the squally showers pretty admirably, keeping most of the water out or off the shoes. The thick neoprene does a good job in most conditions.
Despite the large opening at the back, the tough material can make it slightly awkward to get the covers on but once in place they are unobtrusive.
Verdict
Inexpensive and cosy overshoes that keep out all but the worst of the elements.

Offering a neoprene layer, the shoe covers keep the wet and wind out. There is additional reflective trim to aid visibility.
For ten pounds the quality is very good. The shoe covers have proved to be robust and well made. The zip on the backs has not given any issues and although tight to get on there is enough stretch to do so without putting your back out or ripping the covers.
Surprisingly effective and keeping your feet warm and dry in all but the worst of conditions.
So far they have withstood daily abuse in some pretty horrible conditions.
Once on you wouldn't notice them.
Again this is a little mis-leading. They are effective but can prove a little tight to get on but then shoe covers are supposed to be.
For £10 you get a tremendous value. I can't believe the price.

Looks like there’s no
Looks like there’s no underneath section, so you’d need to cover all the shoe vents in duct tape to avoid puddle water ingress.

In my experience, rain comes from top to bottom, so as long as my shoe is covered on the top, its fine with me

The left cover doesn’t seem
The left cover doesn’t seem to fit or cover the shoe very well so it doesnt exactly do what it says on the tin.
After reading this review I
After reading this review I went to my local decathlon & tried these on.
However I found a couple of problems. The front didn’t fit properly to the toe end of the shoe, The front underneath sits too far back & interferes with the cleat, The rear rides up the back of the shoe as shown in the pic.
All in all not great, add this to the fact that they’re a bugger to get on £9.99 seems too much to me.
