Rim stickers or not?

All subjective I know, but I can't decide whether to go stealth on the rims or not.  The stickers currently on there aren't offensive by any means, but my very crude efforts in Photoshop show what they might look like naked. What do people think?  (I know, I should just get out and ride!)

It's your life, your bike  - so please do what you want.

Brilliant - thanks so much for all your comments - you've all been really helpful!  I think I'll leave them on for now.  No doubt at some point I'll manage to gash them with a tyre lever or something so may experiment further when the time comes! 1

You could change them, although I think I'd go for something a bit bolder on such a sombre frame.

I did this to my Boras. Won't be for everyone but I think they're a bit classier than the standard decals:

I normally don't like stickers in the rims, but in this particular case I would keep them. They somehow look colour-matched to the frame decals and that creates a nice effect to my eye.

No. Too many boring black bikes already.

If you plan to resell the rims later on first locate replacement stickers, then  you can remove them. You will get more for the rims in their original look (stickers on).

The stickers are subtle and give a little 'movement' to the wheels when stationary and moving too. Just leave it, you wouldn't want to look too 'fixie.'

Just out of interest, how deep are those rims front and rear?

Good point - I hadn't thought of it like that! The rear is 65 and the front is a 42.

Nice bike either way. But I'd say no wheel decals. A cleaner less fussy look.
