It's too complicated to put on with the 2 rider per team limit. Either Dave has to go in and change the code, or we edit the teams for national squads and move everyone over for one race only, and with the Autumn Classics ongoing that's not ideal. I'm not sure how Dave used to do it, but definitely since we started volunteering it hasn't been possible. We asked him about it a couple of years ago.
We'll see if he can change anything so we can put it on next year.
