Former world champion Mark Cavendish of course was pretty handy on the dance floor as a teenager, competing in ballroom dancing competitions, while two-time Olympic champion Victoria Pendleton appeared on the BBC’s Strictly Come Ballroom after retiring from racing.
According to Geraint Thomas in his recent biography The World of Cycling According to G, another of the peloton’s top dancers is his former Team Sky colleague Rigoberto Uran, now riding for Cannondale
In December, world champion road cyclist Peter Sagan also showed of his twinkle-toed skills, running through the steps of the song You’re The One That I Want from the movie Grease.
