I’ve got a road bike with Shimano Claris 8 speed, and am looking for some new wheels.  
I really like the look of Campagnolo c17’s (approx £130) but the description states they fit 9-11 speed cassettes. 
Can I fit my 8 speed Claris and use a spacer?

Can confirm fits, my other half is using Claris 8 speed (Giant Liv Avail 5 – 2016) with some old Campag Khamsim wheels (with a spacer) I originally had as 11 speed.

Think her cassette is actually the non-series HG one (it came with a SRAM), but still 8 speed so spacing should be the same.
