Hello there last year I had a pr of new wheels built with tubeless 700×30 shwalbe pro one tubeless tyres fitted which proved to be great until fully loaded with 80km to go the front tyre would not seal anyway I made it to a local bike who did not do tubeless so I had to have a tube fitted which I carried on with until the end of the summer . Anyway now having stripped the tyre off and cleaned it I would like to go back to tubeless however I still have the small around 3mm hole in the front tyre , these tyres are only one year old and around 900km so I do not really want to simple buy a new tyre , but I need to seal the hole could I simple as the tyre is off the rim apply a puncture repair patch to the inside of the tyre , or because the tyre has been tubed for a no of miles should I buy a new tyre ?. Any ideas most welcome as I am new to tubeless!.
