“Lord” Moylan, the chap who allegedly fell asleep during the Grenfell Inquiry, is complaining that the “pedestrian refuges” that he says he had installed have been removed due to cycling infrastructure changes. But they’re not refuges, they’re traffic islands designed to create turning space for vehicles.
What do you see? No pedestrian refuges. Removed this week by @RBKC to make way for cycle lanes on Kensington High Street that nobody asked for. Now how do pedestrians cross safely to get the bus? Why are pedestrians less important than cyclists? pic.twitter.com/p7eLKjegXD

And you clearly don’t know the difference in design between a pedestrian refuge at a signalised crossing and one where there are no signals. You’re a fraud. /end
