A quick query, I hope.

Do Google put segregated away-from-rpad cycleways in their Google Streetview?

I thoght they did, but one of my higher quality landscape, lit, segragated local ones does not seem to be there. But it does have an A-Gate on the entrance, which may keep them out.

Could anyone summarise or link to Google practice for me?

Google generally doesn’t
Google generally doesn’t provide Street view imagery for non-drivable routes although there are many exceptions to that. It is possible for anyone with a 360 video camera to upload their own imagery via Street View Studio. I’ve done it for a few off-road sectors near where I live although not with anything like the quality of official imagery. When in GSV if you look top left on the page you can see who did the images, usually Google but sometimes a third party.

You don’t even need a

You don’t even need a 360degree camera. If you’ve got an Android phone, you can upload ‘photo path’ images, which are not 360 degree, but are ideal for things like cycle paths, where you’re mainly concerned with an image of the surface.

Google uses tricycles to map areas where cars can’t go. Presumably they couldn’t get it past the A-frame.
