My new bike came with 45mm tyres (622-45), and I want to use my trusty Slime inner tubes.
They seem to make 35-43mm and 47-54mm, but nothing to cover 45mm.
I’ve never had this issue before on any of my bikes (all neatly fitting into skinny roadie or fat MTB categories, not had this intermediate style before), so I have no idea whether the 2mm up or down will be a problem?
Should I use slightly large 47-54 tubes, or slightly small 35-43 (though if they’re OK for 45mm, surely the range would be 45- or whatever), or should I find another solution?Anyone come across this issue before?
