And there are points, which you can claim for your story. The person with the most points wins a table for four at The Farmer’s Dog (second prize : two tables?).

The scoring system will probably evolve, in fact suggestions for additional points can be made, but for starters:

Score one point for each of:

Clear picture of car on its roof or side

    30 mph limit /residential road

    Audi, BMW or “super-car”

    Article doesn’t mention a driver

2′ 20″ of police stop footage

2′ 20″ of police stop footage here, and no the actual flip isn’t caught on camera.  The police car is only ever 15″ behind the fleeing Mini, so I’m not sure what opportunity this scumbag had to do this:

“It was then that he tried to pull his female passenger onto the driver’s seat to make out she had been the one behind the wheel. The court was told that the red welt across his chest was consistent with the mark left by a seat belt on a driver rather than a passenger.”

    he sounds very practised

You bounder! Where does it state that a driver has been responsible for any of these ‘vehicles overturning’? The roads should be closed only to self-driving vehicles!

If it saves one driver cost and embarrassment…

Alternatively what about a small sign saying “danger of inversion” at the entrances to the road, and then charge them recovery costs plus a penalty because “you chose to ignore the sign”?

A rat-run lane near a primary school which is often used as a cut-through could soon be blocked off. Due to several ‘incidents of vehicles overturning’, Bristol City Council is planning to close Rosemary Lane on the border between Easton and Eastville to cars.

The blue car looks like it’s been written off – crashing, along with divorce and moving house always seems like a rich man’s pursuit to me.

Looks like the raised island is fulfilling it’s purpose in being and protecting the pedestrian refuge.

    I’m happy for it.

    Not quite a bollard though…

You thoughtless, pansy, woke lefty! If it weren’t for the selfless devotion of these keep-moving types, the economy would be ruined by layabout Commie cyclists causing pollution and traffic jams because they can’t be bothered to work to earn enough to afford proper transport!
