I am looking for an endurance winter ride that will take mudguards as well as 28 or 30 tyres.  Seen a used BMC SLR02 three for decent money but can’t find much info online about it’s ability to take wider tyres and mudguards.  I believe wither the 2019 or 2020 stopped having the mudguard mounts on it?

Any help appreciated!

BMC Teammachines dont take
BMC Teammachines dont take full mudguards, so you’ll need to add clip on ones (not ideal for a winter bike)

Does your model have disc brakes? Thatd be a plus one. Ultimately how much are you intending to ride in wet weather? If it’s a fair amount I’d look for something with full mounts and discs. Road.cc have various guides on the best carbon fibre bikes with mudguards, you can check there as a start
