Hello all. I have a couple pairs of shoes with broken ‘boa style’ fastening dials. The dials are ‘Atop’ brand. They are attached with what looks like a small allen key bolt, but isn’t. The only place I can find replacement dials and the fitting/removal tool for sale is Decathlon online, however one of the comments says that the tool is useless! I’ve emailed Atop but received no reply. Has anyone managed to source these dials and fitting tool from anywhere?
