You know the app perhaps – by Aussie telecomms people NTT. “3D Tour Tracker”, as recommended by the official Tour app (ASO). Worked an absolute treat last year, terrific bit of tech, allowing you project a 3D image of the stage terrain and follow where riders are on it.

This year, I can’t get it past the initial screen where the following message appears after a second or two: “Download error: cannot check whether activation is still valid”.

Have wiped and reinstalled, cleared cache, allowed all app permissions, turned off battery optimisation etc etc.

Anyone got it to work? What suggestions?
