So by this logic, not even other drivers are safe if there’s kids in the car. Heaven help anyone else.

He pleaded guilty to the lesser offence of death by careless driving. So will be sentenced for that tomorrow.

I guess one downside to winning the lottery is you lose the financial hardship plea…
