Tiagra compatibility

I am trying to build up a bike from all my spare bits (as you do!!). I have some shiny 10 speed Tiagra shifters (4600 I think) and most of a SRAM Red group. 1. Can I use a SRAM red front mech with said shifter? 2. SRAM red brakes? 3. Rear derailleur? I suspect Yes, maybe, no ... but is there someone more knowledgable to infom me please? Don't really want to fit it all and test!

SRAM Rear mech with Shimano
SRAM Rear mech with Shimano shifter – No.
Everything else – OK.
SRAM uses a different pull ratio to Shimano (or Microshift).
