    Found this website which might be of some use peeps.
    Website that apparently calculates your fitness age.

    Not all that interesting really but it is good to know if it is accurate that is.

    I’m 57 and it reckoned my fitness age was under 20 – I wish!

    Real age 47 fitness age 27. Mind you I went to a proper test over the summer which gave a whole load of stats but also had me at 32. So I’m sure I can live with that.

    On saying that after tackling the high winds and rain the other day I felt more old and decrepit than young and virile.

    The Missus bought me one of these sort of sessions and a months 'Core training' at a local sports therapist from Groupon back along.

    It was significantly more in depth than the website test and took into account both surface fat and fat around the organs max pulse resting pulse and all of those sorts of things. But the result was the same as the website.
