Fizik R3 high arch issues

Hi guys, I have a pair of Fizik R3 shoes that I've ridden about 150 miles in without any issues but recrecently when I was out on a longer ride I found that I was starting to get pain in my arches and also the outside edges of my foot at the toe after about 2 hours. What I'm trying to find out is if this is a fairly common problem with shoes that have a high arch like the Fiziks and if it can be solved easily with a custom insole? Thanks Stu
