I’m after a decent book about the hour record. Can anyone recommend one? Rather than me trawling through thousands of pages of amazon?

Michael Hutchinson’s book
Michael Hutchinson’s book about his attempt is fascinating, and humorous. Enough history to appreciate it but not dull.

The Race Against Time, Edward Pickering’s recently published book about Boardman and Obree’s rivalry in the 90s, should be good. I’m hoping to get my hands on a copy soon.

If Cancellara attempts the Hour as per recent rumours then someone will surely write a book about it.
