    Morning all!

So what's the plan for today?  The previews I've seen all seem split between a Sagan sprint, a Cav sprint or a breakaway with no real consensus.

Given that Impey holds the yellow I can't see Orica-Greenedge letting a break go if there's anyone close in the GC but you never know.

I'm not making any changes because it's so unpredictable but I have an itchy finger and might bring in Sagan for Greipel.

    Can’t figure from following
Can’t figure from following on Twitter and the Tour website whether Kristoff is in the grupetto. Sort of hoping he is, much as I like him, seeing as I swapped him out for Rolland.

    Looking forward to some green
Looking forward to some green arrows tonight after 3 days of red, but anyone with Sagan, Gerrans and Rojas will be ok. Me and TERatcliffe will be the main ones to benefit in the forum although I’m sure Wig-billy will do ok as usual.

    luckily i’ve still got EBH,
luckily i’ve still got EBH, JJ Rojas and Impey so shouldn’t be a total bust for me having Griepel, Kittel and D V Poppel Out the back….. :”(

Bit bummed that JJ oroz couldn’t have gone on the escape with jensie and picked me up some points X(

    Balls, should have brought in
Balls, should have brought in Sagan.

The only upside is that to bring in Sagan (for Greipel) I’d have had to drop another rider to free up credits and probably would have gone for Gerrans so I’m not too many points down on where I could have been.

Fingers crossed for a Gerrans win but I have to say, Sagan and Cannondale look strong.

    Can’t see Bakelite taking
Can’t see Bakelite taking this, Cannondale are just looking insanely strong driving on the peloton. Nice try, but they’re going to be reeled in, I think.

    Bakelandts gone again! He
Bakelandts gone again! He said he’d targetted this stage originally, not 2. Got a different EUS but I hope he’ll do something this weekend. Now Orica and Cannondale will work till the end. Maybe they just want mountain points.

26 points in the bag! More
26 points in the bag! More to come I hope. If Gavazzi and Rojas do well could catch up a bit, especially if people have been tempted to keep their sprint team and save transfers.

    Cannondale gunned it to the
Cannondale gunned it to the first sprint and Sagan took full points:

    1. Sagan (CAN) 15pts
    2. Flecha (VCD) 14pts
    3. Sabatini (CAN) 13pts
    4. Clarke (OGE) 12pts
    5. Gerrans (OGE) 11pts
    6. Impey (OGE) 10pts
    7. De Marchi (CAN) 9pts
    8. Albasini (OGE) 8pts
    9. Marangoni (CAN) 7pts
    10. Moser (CAN) 6pts
    11. Koren (CAN) 5pts
    12. Bodnar (CAN) 4pts
    13. Siutsou (SKY) 3pts
    14. Porte (SKY) 2pts
    15. Kennaugh (SKY) 1pt

Cannondale still pushing hard, Sagan clearly wants the win today and doesn’t want any true sprinters getting back into the peloton.

That being said, Impey/Gerrans are still up there and could scupper Cannondale’s plans.

Gone for the ARs today. EBH
Gone for the ARs today. EBH had better win or come second to make up for his pathetic sprint yesterday!!

Sprint group 2′ 30″ roughly. Don’t think they’ll get back in as there are a couple more climbs yet. Hoped this would happen.

    Sagan
    EBH
    Gerrans
    Gavazzi
    Rojas
    El Fares

are the ones who might score today.

    Brought in Rolland today,
Brought in Rolland today, thinking he might want to cement his early KoM lead… he’ll need to get himself over these last two climbs first now, otherwise I’ll have wasted my transfers (took Kristoff out for him).

Still think we’ll see a late dig from Chava/Kwia today to grab race lead, it’s OPQS’s last chance to wear yellow this Tour. Other option would be a Cannondale shutdown for a Sagan win.
