I'm getting a bit bored doing laps of the park now. It's close to my work, so it's handy for training. My question is, what are the rules regarding riding off road in the park? I thought I could take the Cross bike over and have a bit of a play

There is an ‘off-road’
There is an ‘off-road’ circuit that is gravel type cycle path.
