    I seem to have buggered my knee and been told, in no uncertain terms, not to do the Dragon Ride. If you fancy having my slot ,let me know

    I’ve only done 2 sportives so
    I’ve only done 2 sportives so I’m not sure how these transfers work…but in the running world, the swopping of race numbers is frowned upon unless you go through the organisor, due to emergency contact details, accidents, stats, prizes etc. possibly causing confusion/ time delays. Anyway, good luck with the ride!

    Great. Its for the long route. I paid £45. I can post it out or I’m in central London most days if thats any use
    As for the knee, I was doing well until I upped the training up too much and the back of the knee is inflamed. I’ve been told it’s a result of my hamstrings being too tight and I now need to stretch a lot. It’a a real shag as I’m booked to do a great ride in Norway at the end of the month and I don;t know if I’ll be fit enough
