    Well i took 20 penalty points to try and make up some ground for todays stage. I then looked at the profile and there’s a bloody hill at the end X(

    So much for it being flat. Hopefully the sprint boys will manage it ok.

    Cant believe 4 stages gone and i’m so far behind !

    24pts…Very Poor….particularly disappointed(as always)with Goss.

    How I ever justify picking him at 30+ credits is one of the great mysteries of the modern age(along with JD’s interview accent!!).

    At this rate the confident claims of 10,000pts before Giro’s end are looking a bit dodgy.

    Scores are updating, I’m missing one solitary point for the last person over the line on the last sprint so if I ever find that I’ll update the scores later.

    Forgot about California what with all this Giro nonsense. Last year I almost didn’t bother with it, but fluked a really good score on the first stage and ended up really getting into it. As I recall the TV coverage and website were both pretty good, and it was nice to watch live cycling in the evening. So time to start looking at profiles…

    It makes me feel slightly better that everyone else is doing badly and anyway, my natural terrain is the hills.

    The sooner we get to the proper mountains the better.
