So whats everyone doing and whats everyones thinking for today? Anyone made any specific transfers? Ive personally left it the same, my biggest problem is gonna be making transfers the next few days as Im away from this evening.

Half my team yesterday was based on today. Although Blythe and Nava ruined my hopes for either Haas or Phinney being in Pink (countback would put Nava or Blythe in if either of there teams win by a big enough margin, so I believe). But yes Haas and Phinney were for today and tomorrow, well all week for Phinney. Zandio for Skys points, same with Wyanants for Rabo, who I think could do something on one of these undulating stages, or go in a break.

So I expect a solid score today, All my riders could score, but I expect Sky, BMC, Radioshack, Garmin, Rabobank and OPQS to top 10, unsure on Lampre, Androni and FDJ and my biggest worry is a lack of a greenedge or Cannondale rider, who should also top 10 along with Astana. (at least some guaranteed points from Bouhanni, Cav and Nizzolo for the points comp)

Ahh did not know that ruling,
Ahh did not know that ruling, but im sure the teams would know, so I guess Sky would be right? so in that case I may be in with Phinney, but Nava would be Garmins choice over Haas anyway

    I’ve been pretty bold and
I’ve been pretty bold and subbed out Viviani and Gavazzi(less bold) for Navardauskas and Wurf.

I expect Wurf to be in a few breaks and to go for early KOM pts and Navardauskas to be in pink tonight(I said it elsewhere just after he was named in the squad-he did the same last season).Gavazzi’s team is not exactly noted for it’s skills against the clock AND he crashed yesterday.I also doubt that Cannondale will do well enough for Viviani to hold anything but the 4pts for 2nd in the sprints competition tonight.

Garmin,Sky,Greenedge,Radioshack and Movistar are my idea of top 5.

It’s been widely accepted that the first finisher from yesterday would take pink for the leading team if there are equal times within that team……but then I read that SKY would nominate Cataldo to cross the line first and so take pink if SKY were to win by 20secs plus even though Wiggo was SKY’s first finisher yesterday?

Anyone know the ruling for sure?

    Technical course, and I’m
Technical course, and I’m assuming small time gaps, so difficult to predict, and with little reward compared to a road stage. Similar to you TER – my team yesterday had one eye on today, hence going for Nizzolo and Goss over Bouhanni and Degenkolb, for example.

I don’t expect much today though, an Orica win would be nice, and Cannondale to overperform too, as I have 2 riders from each. Zandio and Dekker in specifically for today and will probably lose them tomorrow.
