Help -small hands!

Looking for some of those wedge things that move the handles closer to the bars! I think they come with any shifters bought separated to the bike so there must be literally 1000's out there! Specialised made them but I think they fitted the version a couple of series back. Looking for some to fit 105 5700 series shifters? Any ideas?

Search for Shimano Ultegra
Search for Shimano Ultegra 105 shifter lever reach adjusting block shim on a well known auction site. Failing that go to your bike shop as they usually have loads spare from bike builds
