Background, late 30’s never smoked or drank to excess, about a pint of beer or glass of wine a week. Relatively healthy diet. Riding for over 25 years.

Over the few month months I’ve been using a HRM to help on turbo trainer. Min seems around the 65 mark and max is 180. I’ve been aiming to ride as long as possible at 140-160. Over the last week or so I’ve had a chest pain afterwards, just left of centre.

Anything I should be worried about or am I’m just over doing it?

    Steve.

Hope your problem is solved as easily.
