I have to spend quite a bit of time on a turbo trainer as i work 2 weeks at a time on an offshore oil rig.

I normally just spin to music but the other day i decided to watch a movie and i was able to go for much longer and i found it (almost) enjoyable.

I have found a few websites that sell training dvd’s (sufferfest seems ok) there are also training films on TDF climbs etc.

Does anyone have any experience of these? is it a worthwhile investment? are they really just a load of shite? 😕

    Your thoughts would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Thanks Chaps.

I like the look of the ones where you can ride part of a stage on the TDF.

Better than staring at a wall me thinks :B

They can sometimes, sometimes, be more fun that riding in real life.

    I say fun…
