Here’s the challenge: Build a bike from scratch for as little money as possible and ride it for a 100k.
Rules:
1. All parts must be purchased from eBay/LBS/local paper and preferably used.
2. No two parts from same seller
3. Must be 700c, gears and brakes
4. To calucate the winner, add total cost of bike to (100k time on your ‘ebay special’ – your best 100k time on usual ride …. in seconds)
5. Lowest score wins
