Cycling Cynics

I was reading an article last night on cyclismas.com that was full of errors and speculation. I didn’t know if I should laugh at the terrible writing or be angry at the rumours it was trying to spread (BTW I am aware that it is a satirical website, but the article was definitely meant to be serious).
I was wondering how many Road.cc users visit the cyclismas or similar websites or follow some of the more outspoken cynics on Twitter.
Is it good to have people that ask difficult questions or do they do more harm than good?
