Just out of Hospital and looking forward to my time on a bike trainer eventually. Been told to give it at least 6 weeks to 2 months to fully recover; and 6 months before getting on a bike on the open road after finishing my Warfarin doseage. (sorry, I suffered a Pulmonary Embolism), blood clot on my left lung for those not in the know! Any bodt else been through this before?
