Luxembourg gets 9 for worlds

Thanks to Cav and Twiggo, the UK is high enough up the UCI rankings to get 9 places for the forthcoming worlds. But I find it really funny that, thanks to the Shlecks and Kim Kirchen, tiny Luxembourg gets 9 riders too, and France is outside the top 10 and only gets 6!
