Starts on Tuesday – Profile looks not a million miles away from Tour of California minus TT (first 4 stages could all be sprint finishes but a couple do have hills, 5 is craggy, 6 is a brute, 7 short and flat). I just picked my team and had 43.4 credits left over! Who’s going for this? Or is it just an unwelcome distraction?

It will be 5,4,3,2,1 points awarded
Points are awarded based on teh number of scorers, so if 5 riders score its as abovem, if two score it would be 2,1

I couldn’t decide between proper hilly riders and sprinters who can climb a bit, so I’ve split my team up – sprinty stars and hilly domestiques.Haussler

Gone for this team to begin with, took about 5 mins. Might do a couple of quick transfers each day as I’m quite high on Premium overall now.Tom Boonen (OPQ)

Last year it was fun, this year, not in the slightest and I think that may have come across in some of my posts.Perhaps it’s just a case of overkill, I’ve found that a little this year, didn’t enjoy the CdD, TdS or ToC, all three were just a race too much at the time, especially having a week long race at the same time as the grand tours (Giro/ToC and TdF/TdP). I wonder if stretching the fantasy season to start with the TDU, ToQ and ToO was too much and I’m just burnt out. I might take it easy next year (a’la the riders aiming to peak at the tour) and only get started just before the Giro.

I’ve gone for these, no idea what to expect really but I can’t imagine there would be so many sprinters there if they weren’t going for stage wins. So were rider classifications different last year then? This is my first year and I’m really enjoying it, but nothing to compare it to!Degenkolb
