right, been riding bikes and fixing them for years. whenever im out on club rides some one always has the wheel release lever half way out.
i always run mine right the way round. are they actually ok to run half rotation? i always imagine pulling the lever and it rotating to the release point, taking your brake power away.
is it just my ocd or is it safe or indeed common practice to run it like this? i imagine if you have wheel rub on hill climbs its a quick fix, then rotate it back on the down slope?
