    Well, if the race is anything like last year there may be very (!) few DSs that score in the top 20 (!). Ben Hermans is the only current DS I can see that scored any significant points last year. He came in 7th. Bram Tankink came in 19th and Fabian Wegmann 20th.

    He was considered but I went with Martens at a similar price as had top 20’s at all of the ardennes last year, and regularly has done at Amstel

    Wow, that was quick, checked Gaparotto’s Wikipedia page and already the result up. By the way, if any of us had seen the result he had in 2010, those of us who take chances, might of had him. 3rd, and I believe it was his first time racing this race.

    Wish I’d gambled on Vanendert now. Oh well, I don’t think they’ll be that many big scores today.
