    I’d really like to learn how to index my gears and true my wheels after London’s roads buckle them again and again, can anyone recommend a good maintenance course?

    Where do you live? Lambeth
    Where do you live? Lambeth Cyclists run maintenance courses a couple of times a year. I attended their last one last year, given by a guy from Brixton Cycles, and I’m very happy with it. I think I paid £50 something.

    There’s a shop on Tooley Street called On your Bike, they also run maintanence courses, worth a look. You need to call them up.
