For stage 4 i’ve taken a gamble, swapped Gerrans for Hutawhatshisface. It’s flat for the final 3k so whatever bumps there are in between he should be ok. Will swap him back for stage 5 as Gerrans, I believe, will attack.

I hope i’m right or i could be kissing goodbye to a lot of points…. :”(

Bugger it, i swapped out Gerrans for Hutarovich thinking he would make the climb and be there at the end. Lost out on 13 points. Wouldn’t make much difference to the overall scores but in the long run you never know. đŸ˜•

The worst climber in the peloton is going to be stronger going uphill than all but a few of us lot playing the game, but the issue is, how does he compare to the others in the race?

I reckon 2km at 1 in 10 that close to the finish is enough for some of the stronger climbers, especially those with an explosive kick, to get away – and for some of the weaker ones to be too knackered to figure in a chase once they get to the top.

    I say hutarovich can’t climb,
I say hutarovich can’t climb, but that’s more out of hope than any actual knowledge as i’ve consistently failed to transfer him in and stage 4 is no exception
