Titanium frame for sale – NOW SOLD

Hi there,

I am selling an Airborne Zeppelin titanium frame. Bought on Ebay about years ago, but only ridden approximately 30 times in good weather.
Very light road race frame made of 3Al/2.5V titanium. When built with Campagnolo Record/Chorus mix and DT Swiss 1450 wheels, the weight was 17.3lbs.

Genuine reason for sale. I love the feel of titanium, but have decided I need a frame which is more of a ‘jack of all trades’, which the Airborne isn’t unfortunately.

Frame measurements as follows;

Seat tube: 54cm (c-t), 46cm (c-c top tube)
Top Tube: 54cm (c-c)
Head Tube 13cm (t-t)
Down Tube 62cm (c-c)
Seat Stays: 43cm (centre of seat tube to centre of driveside dropout)
Chainstays 41cm (centre of bb to centre of driveside dropout)
Wheelbase: 98cm (c-c)

Approximately 60mm of steerer tube above the headset.

Frame has a Chris King Headset fitted.

I’m 5’7″ with a 29″ inside leg and the frame fitted well with 130mm of a 300mm long seatpost and a 120mm stem.

As the frame, forks and headset still have plenty of life in them, i’m looking for offers in the region of £300. Cost of postage not included, but am happy to drive up to 50 miles to deliver. Item location Warwickshire (CV22 postcode)
