Hi everyone, been cycling for well over 50 years being a pensioner and always used toe clips, as I am bout to sell my 1993 Specialized Allez Cro-Mo and bought a used Giant Defy 2 with SPD Pedals fitted, my mates have talked me round to trying cleats for first time! Require a boot or 'normal' sole style that I can actually walk around in and compatible with SPD Cleats Anyone selling any? Dont want to pay out fortunes until I know I can get along with them Cheers, Dave, Leeds
