Rust proofing a steel frame

    I’m about to take delivery of a new steel frame and was thinking of treating it from the inside with something to inhibit rust. I was thinking of something like Hammerite Waxoyl. Has anyone had any experience with this or anything like it? Is it a good idea or am i wasting my time?

    Frame Saver from Bob Jackson
    Frame Saver from Bob Jackson cycles does the trick, two cans for be sure. Make sure you plug all the holes in your frame or it will be a right mess

    Jp weigle frame saver is the
    Jp weigle frame saver is the stuff normally mentioned in relation to treating steel frames.
    Theres another brand too that I’ve used – can’t recall the name but its designed for planes and boats.

    I think I’ll be sticking with
