Hi I have a Cannondale R500 bike that is surplus to requirements and want to sell. CAAD 5 frame, with tiagra shifters and mechs, mavic rims etc. It is about 6 or 7 years old but has been hardly used and is in very good condition. It would make a great winter bike. Does anybody have any idea what it is worth? I don't want to give it away but then don't want to take the p*ss with a high asking price. Ta

Alot of difference in prices
Alot of difference in prices around for the Trek

For instance i found a forum that it was on sale in the US last year
Trek 5500 OCLV frame, fork, seatpost collar, & headset. Frame is 58cm seat & top tube c-c in nude carbon, mid-90’s vintage. Profile BRC carbon threaded fork.

$180 shipped

But i see this one on ebay

I’m in the same boat(?) with a Trek OCLV 5500, except it will just be a frame & forks (1″ steerer). Any ideas??
