    Right, i’m just in the door, been out on the bike n got caught in a thunder storm, so took shelter for a while

    What happened to Brajkovic? i just saw him being put into an ambulance, saw Contador crash, seems like a bad day

    I swapped out Gilbert for
    I swapped out Gilbert for Feillu too, really bad decision 🙁

    Phil Liggett and some other
    Phil Liggett and some other fella.. I forget. As well as the commentary, we are treated to the sagely words of Chris Boardman delivered via his programme sandwiching adverts. Apparently “Racing is not an activity – it’s a mindset”.

    I’m going to try this next week and see if I can think my way round the cx course rather than pedal.

    I think i should maybe start watching them, but i dont like the team, is it still them who used to do the channel 4 coverage years again? Phil Harmason or something like that

    good stage that. I particularly enjoy the info nuggets from the itv commentary team, as well as the usual chateau-facts we also got cow-facts, oyster-facts and migratory-bird-facts. Something for everyone there.

    So 2nd, 10th, 12th for me
    So 2nd, 10th, 12th for me today, i switched out Tony Martin for Millar, so quite happy he stayed outta trouble, but with Cav winning its only an extra 2 points

    Gilbert got a bucket load today with his points 😀

    Its still showing Jerome in last which is good, Boonen came home 13 mins down, but i think he’s done some major damage and will not be in tomorrow
