i got this email yesterday ... We lost some transfer time this evening due to a game error and the stage tomorrow doesn't start until 1330 BST, so the transfer window will be open until then. Apologies for the downtime. That email referred to problems which occured on Saturday night and lead to an extension of Sunday’s transfer window, not today’s.
