    Any chance of some extra transfers tonight?

    My new team got zapped along with everyone else, but I wasn’t online yesterday, so didn’t know about the issues.

    It was 5 to 11 when I looked this morning, and I now only have ONE rider.

    I’m sure I’m not alone.

    i’m still currently
    i’m still currently ‘transferring’ my Dauphine libere 2011 squad for riders actually in the next race. It’s taken me 3 days so far and i still haven’t got a full squad! Lost points and no reply back from support after my team could not be re-picked for the next race. Should have a full squad by Saturday đŸ˜•

    I wouldn’t be so quick to judge Dave – it actually would have been okay if not for the unfortunate timing of the server outage(s), and the unlimited transfers thing. However it has been confusing, as you say, and the purists are all up sh*t creek. A (planned) unlimited transfer window at either end of the crossover might have worked quite nicely?

    Look at the stage listings, there’s an unlimited transfer window before the Tour, as there was always going to be, and as is the normal practice between tours.

    Do you mean you only have three riders, or only three active riders? I know some people got caught by the server problems and thus had incomplete teams, but this should have been solved when teams were reset to the end of the Dauphiné on Monday morning. If you have 9 riders but 6 are greyed out, you can transfer across over the next few days.

    Same happened here, whoever I had transferred into my team, seemed to have been undone and merged with my Criterium De Dauphine team, so I have a lot of riders not riding, and somehow, Andre Greipel?!

If you look in the Road.CC rules and regulations 4.61 it clearly states: “If you are sad enough to take this competition seriously you will have to take the rough with the smooth and content yourself with the certain knowledge that at least the top ten players have no life and probably aren’t even getting out on the bike.”

    I’m not bitter. Well – perhaps a little bit.
