Transfers/Pick your team

I was just about to start thinking about transferring out wiggins and vino but the transfer buttons not showing - it's the pick your team button instead. Is this a change of policy to allow for the change of races (DL->TdS)? or a mistake? I'll be a bit fed up if it's the former as I would have kept more DL riders in for today. Simon
