I went for a cyclefit on sunday, and had my saddle position changed and a recommendation to change my stem after they fitted an adjustable item and moved it several times.
Now this didn’t suprise me, apart from they recommended a 130mm 0deg stem, apparently because although i’m 5ft 11 i have a 6ft 2 ape index, which with the current 100mm stem is rolling my shoulders inwards and compressing my spine. I had been thinking of getting a longer stem anyway, but not as long as that!
i am a little bit cautious to spend lots on a matching EA90 stem, particularly when i anticipate i may upgrade from the litespeed in a few months hopefully, and i assume the next frame with different geometry will need another different stem.
considering getting one of these to try anyway
