Ive heard of a book that is the bible for cycling on the road but I can’t remember the name. I know it gives tips on things on like primary road position.

Sorry i know that’s not that helpful but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry – I have to disagree

That’s not a book review – it’s an opinion piece written by someone who winges at the very suggestion we should improve cadence to help get out of tricky spots when that’s been the excuse de jour for more bhp and lower 0-60 figures in cars for years!

    You probably mean John
You probably mean John Franklin’s “cyclecraft” – a controversial book if ever there was one.

    Great review here:

John Franklin and Cyclecraft – Cycle safely by turning yourself into Mark Cavendish

I’m as much of a vehicular cyclist as can be, and yet still don’t like doing it. Luckily I’m a young fit male, so going the Mark Cavendish route is an option. For my parents and grand parents, that’s not exactly the case.
